An installment option is available to all property owners with a tax bill greater than $100. First installment or full payment due by January 31, 2026 – payable to Town of Underhill. Second installment due by July 31, 2026 – payable to Oconto County.
You are encouraged to pay your property taxes by mail to avoid waiting in line. Payment amounts are included on the payment stub(s), located at the bottom of your property tax bill. Mail payment(s) to appropriate location listed on the payment stub. Please note, payments cannot be accepted at the Treasurer’s home. Include a self-addressed, stamped envelope, if return receipt is requested.
