NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM
TOWN OF UNDERHILL
OCONTO COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a quorum of members of the Town Board of Underhill may be present at the Berry Lake Boat Landing, located at Berry Lake Road, Gillett, WI 54124, on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 6:00 pm.

The purpose of this gathering is for the board members to conduct a visual site inspection of the Berry Lake Landing facility, evaluate current conditions, and assess potential maintenance or operational improvements.

While a majority of town board members may be present, this gathering is strictly for informational and fact-finding purposes. No formal discussion, deliberation, or official action on municipal business will be taken by the governing body during this site visit.

This notice is being physically posted at the Berry Lake Boat Landing, the Underhill Community Center, and on the official website in accordance with the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law.
